Why This Game Matters
Both clubs are coming in cold — neither has played yet this season — which makes tonight’s opener at Quisqueya more than just Game 1. In a rivalry this storied, the first series sets the tone for the entire campaign. Momentum, confidence, rhythm: it all starts here. In a demanding LIDOM schedule, getting off on the right foot against your fiercest rival is everything.
